Job Summary
To support a growing supply chain operation, the full-time Supply Chain Specialist will manage inventory planning, purchasing, and production coordination while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Run inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, maintaining safety stock and reorder points
- Support sourcing and purchasing activities, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely closure of open items
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with co-manufacturers, aligning production schedules, materials, and inventory management
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or a related operations role, preferably in CPG, food, beverage, or supplements
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and scenario modeling
- Experience coordinating with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, or similar external partners
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on inventory, production, supplier, and cost data
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and production schedules simultaneously
