Supply Chain Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Supply Chain Subcontracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer subcontract agreements for both DoD and non-DoD projects
• Oversee the execution of various subcontract legal documents and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Support business development efforts by establishing agreements with suppliers and leading subcontract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6 years, or Master's Degree with 4 years of experience in government, industrial, or aerospace purchasing or subcontracting
• Experience in preparing RFQs/RFPs and negotiating terms and conditions
• Significant purchasing/subcontracting experience with annual purchases exceeding $15M
• Proficiency with FAR requirements and U.S. Government subcontracting
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background investigation for a public trust position
