Supply Chain Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Supply Chain Subcontracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer subcontract agreements for both DoD and non-DoD projects
• Support proposal writing initiatives and negotiate agreements with subcontractors
• Monitor subcontract performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 8+ years or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in purchasing or subcontracting
• Experience in preparing RFQs/RFPs and negotiating terms and conditions
• Significant purchasing or subcontracting experience with annual purchases over $15M
• US citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance
• Knowledge of FAR requirements and U.S. Government subcontracting processes
