Supply Chain VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Supply Chain to manage supply chain and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Align end-to-end supply chain execution, including procurement, planning, and production
• Drive demand planning and inventory management to balance customer experience and forecast accuracy
• Lead procurement execution, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain management within the vitamins, minerals, supplements, or nutraceuticals space
• Expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 5+ years of experience in hiring and managing teams
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and cost savings
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
