Supply Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of ticket supply in Mexico, the remote Supply Manager will build and scale high-quality ticket inventory, identify supply gaps, onboard new sellers, and manage strategic supplier relationships while reporting to the International Supply Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale ticket supply by identifying gaps and onboarding new sellers across various live event categories
• Map the supply landscape and prioritize acquisition opportunities to ensure consistent inventory availability
• Own regional supply KPIs and lead complex negotiations with key suppliers to achieve favorable economic terms

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in account management and leading end-to-end sales cycles
• Strong commercial instincts with a relationship-driven approach
• Medium knowledge of Excel and data skills; SQL/Snowflake knowledge is a plus
• Passion for live events and a self-starter mindset
