Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Operations Manager for the AMERICAS region.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and developing relationships with new experience providers
• Guiding new partners through the onboarding process to optimize their growth and success
• Managing the partner lifecycle, including acquisition, optimization, and retention of top-performing accounts

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in CRM and organizational tools like Salesforce and Airtable
• Deep knowledge of regional travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends
• Experience in the travel, entertainment, or hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to ensure data accuracy in tracking systems and reporting
