Supply Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Operations professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage vendors, supplies, devices, equipment, and budgets for Clinical Development & Operations
• Oversee supply processes including order review, purchase order creation, invoice coding, and shipment coordination
• Develop sourcing strategies and process improvements for supply management while ensuring compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplies management, preferably in clinical supplies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
• Strong interest in developing relationships with suppliers and internal groups
