Supply Partnership Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Partnership Manager to manage relationships with strategic Delivery Providers and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategic delivery provider relationships end-to-end, ensuring performance and operational excellence
• Advocate for providers internally, collaborating with product and engineering to build scalable solutions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with the Merchant team to optimize performance for both providers and merchants

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing and technical role, preferably with delivery partners
• Proven success in managing strategic relationships and driving operational growth
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and debugging workflows
• Experience advising product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master products and use that knowledge to guide customers
