Supply Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Planner - Purchasing & Vendor Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders for packaging and finished goods
• Monitor inventory levels and provide supply constraints to support demand planning
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability and track vendor performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, or operations, ideally within CPG
• Strong understanding of component lead times and packaging complexity
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for planning and reporting
• Experience with 3PLs, freight partners, or co-manufacturers is a plus
• NetSuite experience is highly desirable but not required
