Supply Planner

Job Summary

To support a dynamic supply network, the remote Supply Planner will translate demand plans into executable supply plans, ensuring product availability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory health and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver unmissable customer service by proactively managing supply disruptions and providing visibility on inventory risks
• Identify potential supply risks and constraints, escalating issues with data and proposed actions to minimize service disruption
• Ensure master data accuracy and support continuous improvement of planning tools, reports, and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in integrated supply chain planning roles, preferably in CPG
• Familiarity with planning/analytics tools; experience with Net Suites/Oracle is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and lead internal cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey service risks and summarize complex situations
