Supply Planner

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Supply Planner will support procurement operations for equipment and materials in PV, HV, and BESS power system construction projects by developing project-specific supply plans and managing procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and lead procurement-related discussions while coordinating with engineering to maintain BOMs and supply plans
• Create and manage purchase requisitions aligned with approved supply plans, collaborating with the procurement team for real-time visibility into purchasing status
• Analyze engineering and schedule scenarios to recommend optimal procurement strategies, maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in materials management for utility-scale PV, BESS, and/or HV projects
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply planning roles, or an advanced degree in a relevant field
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, including report creation and supply plan management
• Familiarity with industry best practices in purchasing and supply chain planning
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
