Supply Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the remote Supply Planning Analyst will manage purchase orders, support inventory planning and forecasting, and communicate with suppliers, with a focus on executional tasks while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, including issuance, updates, and supplier communication
• Assist in updating demand and supply forecasts using inputs from various cross-functional teams
• Create new SKUs, update pricing, and support inventory planning by monitoring stock levels and health metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management
• Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and forecasting models
• Experience supporting demand forecasting and inventory planning processes
• Ability to manage vendor communication and resolve purchase order-related issues
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis and reporting enhancements
