Supply Planning Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency in supply chain management, the full-time remote Supply Planning Manager will drive process improvements, lead cross-functional teams, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the North America region.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and continuous improvement of planning initiatives to drive operational excellence and supply chain agility
• Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and implement best-in-class planning and manufacturing processes
• Mentor and develop planning and manufacturing professionals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Economics; MBA preferred
• At least eight years of related business experience, with a minimum of five years in Supply Chain Planning and Project Management
• Demonstrated experience in the Supply planning function
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; experience with Kinaxis or advanced planning solutions preferred
