Supply Planning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Holistic Health division, the remote Supply Planning Specialist will manage end-to-end supply network planning for multiple brands, ensuring reliable export flows to over 40 countries while balancing service levels, freshness, and working capital.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the integrity of inbound and outbound signals in the system and resolve planning exceptions
• Execute dispatch planning and load optimization while coordinating with customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Monitor and drive improvement on key performance indicators, including Customer Order Fulfillment and Dispatch Plan Attainment

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
• 2-3+ years of professional experience in Supply Planning, preferably with an international export focus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is desired
