Supply Planning Transformation Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Supply Planning Transformation Specialists, the full-time remote Supply Planning Transformation Lead will oversee the deployment of the Future Focused Planning program across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring full adoption of the new Target Operating Model while driving consistency and quality in the transformation process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program across assigned manufacturing sites
• Act as the primary escalation point for deployment issues and ensure timely adoption of the new Target Operating Model
• Build and maintain relationships with site leadership and stakeholders to ensure engagement and alignment throughout the transformation journey

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, or business transformation
• Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industry
• Proven track record of leading teams through transformation or operating model change programs
• Strong background in supply planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
