Supply Planning Transformation Lead

Job Summary

Driving the deployment of a Future Focused Planning program, the full-time Supply Planning Transformation Lead will manage a team of specialists to ensure the successful adoption of the Target Operating Model across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in implementing supply chain transformation initiatives and managing deployment timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership and stakeholders to drive sustainable change management
• Oversee risks, escalations, and reporting to Program Leadership while ensuring site readiness for transformation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 7 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience in transformation or operating model change programs with direct employee management
• Experience with SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning tools in a manufacturing environment
• Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement credentials and Change Management certification are desirable
