Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Account Manager to manage client inquiries and expectations while providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a product expert and first line of contact for premier customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss support cases, product releases, and concerns
- Track client-specific metrics and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a client services environment managing premier or enterprise clients
- Experience with client support tools and reporting, such as Salesforce CRM, Helpjuice, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of alternative investments
- Ability to handle multiple client cases and shift focus to critical issues as needed
- Analytical and data-driven self-starter with strong organizational skills
