Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Agent (Tier 1) for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering support tickets and live chat inquiries, providing technical guidance and assistance to users
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address technical issues and customer queries
  • Following proper procedures for ticket management and chat to meet SLAs
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in supporting users/prospects/customers within a SaaS company
  • A passion for presentations, communications, and design
  • Highly organized and responsive to internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Hubspot/Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite, etc
  • Comfortable operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization
