Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Agent to manage and resolve incoming support requests across various categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets/chat via Zendesk and AthenaHealth platforms
- Triage and prioritize requests based on urgency, complexity, and impact
- Provide support across technical issues, scheduling, clinical inquiries, and general inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in customer support, healthcare operations, or a related field
- MA (Medical Assistant) Certification is a strong plus
- High level of comfort with technology, including troubleshooting and support tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of tickets in a fast-paced environment
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work remotely
