Job Summary

Support Agent, who works full-time remotely to assist users with technical questions, account management, and billing inquiries while providing excellent customer support through tickets and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer support tickets and live chat inquiries while providing clear and understandable communication
  • Collaborate with fellow support agents and other teams to address customer needs and improve service
  • Follow procedures for ticket management to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in user support within a SaaS company
  • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • A passion for presentations, communications, and design
  • Highly organized and responsive to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Zendesk, Slack, and Google Suite
