Key responsibilities

  • Monitor AI performance and effectiveness using defined KPIs
  • Identify and develop AI-driven solutions for repetitive support workflows
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or business operations within the financial services industry
  • Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
  • Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk is a plus
  • Familiarity with APIs and automation concepts is preferred
