Job Summary
Owning and managing AI-powered support tools, the remote Support AI Analyst will optimize customer and agent experiences through automation initiatives, monitor AI performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Support AI tools, including chatbots and workflow automation solutions
- Monitor AI performance and effectiveness using defined KPIs
- Identify and develop AI-driven solutions for repetitive support workflows
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or business operations within the financial services industry
- Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs and automation concepts is preferred
