Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical support for clients utilizing their product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line and ongoing product and technical support for the product suite
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the product offerings
- Install and manage account software subscriptions on multiple hosting platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related technical support experience, preferably in SaaS software
- Ability to quickly understand technical and architectural configurations for hosted solutions
- Knowledge of hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
