Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical support for clients utilizing their product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line and ongoing product and technical support for the product suite
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the product offerings
  • Install and manage account software subscriptions on multiple hosting platforms
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of related technical support experience, preferably in SaaS software
  • Ability to quickly understand technical and architectural configurations for hosted solutions
  • Knowledge of hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
