Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide operational support for the EDI process in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of the product lifecycle for Insurance Discover
• Monitor, analyze indicators, and identify risks and opportunities for system health
• Triage and resolve EDI incidents while providing data-driven enhancement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, or Statistics
• Experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Hands-on experience using SQL, including creating and modifying stored procedure scripts
• Proven experience with high-level analysis projects
• Experience within Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Technology is preferred
