Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide customer service and support related to PCI compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to merchant customers through various communication methods
- Educate customers on PCI-DSS Compliance and assist with the online portal navigation
- Log calls accurately and manage call metrics to meet service goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adhere to schedules
- Team player with a positive outlook and passion for customer support
- Proficient with computer and email functionality
