Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of the product lifecycle for Insurance Discovery
• Create and maintain Operational Reporting for multiple areas of the product life cycle
• Assist in the development of other analysts on the team through coaching and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a data analysis, data analytics, data analyst, or business intelligence role
• Hands-on experience using SQL to create or modify stored procedure scripts
• Proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables, charts, and functions
• Experience within Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Technology is preferred
