Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to join their Support Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues while documenting and escalating complex problems
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation for consistent team responses
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a software environment
- Experience with financial software, particularly in a school district or education setting, is preferred
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
