Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst to join their Support Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related issues while documenting and escalating complex problems
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation for consistent team responses
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a software environment
  • Experience with financial software, particularly in a school district or education setting, is preferred
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
