Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical and account management support for clients using their real estate software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand the real estate CRM and IDX website products thoroughly
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with platform experts to resolve problems
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for client-facing and internal knowledge bases
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer support or customer success in a SaaS environment
  • Proficient understanding of IT fundamentals and experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, APIs/JSON, and DNS
  • Experience with web-based help desk platforms and CRM systems
