Job Summary
Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of data platform issues, the full-time Support Analyst will serve as a liaison between technical and operational teams, providing analysis, technical assistance, and support coordination for business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary and documenting after outage reports
- Coordinate and troubleshoot application or product-related issues by acting as a liaison between data operations, development, and infrastructure teams
- Document and enhance Production Support processes while generating daily status update reports for business stakeholders and leadership
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field preferred
- 0-1 year of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node Windows or Linux Server environments
- Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MS Access, and DB Management tools, along with proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or VB scripting
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment and troubleshoot application issues effectively
