Job Summary

Assisting in the resolution of data platform and infrastructure issues, the full-time Support Analyst will serve as a liaison between technical and operational teams, providing analysis, technical assistance, and support coordination for business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary
  • Coordinate with data operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
  • Document and improve Production Support processes, contributing to the knowledge base for future reference
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
  • 0-1 year of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in Windows or Linux environments
  • Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment
