Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst I to provide first-line support to restaurant clients using back-office solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to restaurant managers via phone and email
- Diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Team Leads to ensure timely client support
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical or application support, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Previous restaurant management or operations experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and back-office restaurant software
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
- Ability to create and manage support documentation and knowledgebase articles
