Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst I to provide first-line support to restaurant clients using back-office solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to restaurant managers via phone and email
  • Diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and escalate complex problems as necessary
  • Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Team Leads to ensure timely client support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in technical or application support, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Previous restaurant management or operations experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems and back-office restaurant software
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
  • Ability to create and manage support documentation and knowledgebase articles
