Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst I - General Ledger.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and prioritize requests and phone calls regarding custom solutions from internal partners
  • Analyze and validate functional/technical specifications and assist end users with General Ledger modifications
  • Research and test functionality for troubleshooting and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or a minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Openness to learn new technologies and tools as needed
  • Prior experience with reconciling journal entries and balance sheets
  • Ability to demonstrate willingness to learn SQL
