Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst Level 1 in Tech Ops & Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and requests via various communication channels
- Perform initial triage and basic troubleshooting, including password/account resets and common workstation issues
- Document all interactions and follow defined escalation paths when necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Understanding of Citrix environment and remote access technologies
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and enterprise printing
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and ITSM tools
