Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst Level 1 in Tech Ops & Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and requests via various communication channels
  • Perform initial triage and basic troubleshooting, including password/account resets and common workstation issues
  • Document all interactions and follow defined escalation paths when necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Understanding of Citrix environment and remote access technologies
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and enterprise printing
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles and ITSM tools
