Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst L1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot business and operational issues related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ancillary software
  • Monitor SQL performance and provide data for escalated issues to third-party vendors
  • Maintain communication with customers and internal teams, documenting all relevant information in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
  • Experience with database queries (SQL/Oracle) and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
