Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Support Analyst Level 1 will support clients using PAR OPS by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing support requests, and contributing to internal knowledge resources.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to support requests from restaurant managers regarding PAR OPS operations
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to higher-level support as necessary
  • Create and manage support requests through ticket tracking software, ensuring timely updates and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Technical degree, certifications, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience working with technology in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially basic Excel skills
