Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Analyst L2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software
  • Manage WMS environments and facilitate configuration migrations
  • Monitor SQL performance and maintain documentation of configurations and support processes


Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent; 5+ years of technical customer support experience
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL/Oracle
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud)
  • Advantage: Experience in software development and supply chain technologies
