Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst L2.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot operational issues with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software
- Manage WMS environments and facilitate configuration migrations
- Monitor SQL performance and maintain documentation of configurations and support processes
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent; 5+ years of technical customer support experience
- 3+ years of experience with SQL/Oracle
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud)
- Advantage: Experience in software development and supply chain technologies
