Job Summary
To support operational efficiency, the full-time Support Analyst Level 2 will troubleshoot Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues, manage configurations, and monitor SQL performance while working remotely from Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software
- Manage WMS environments and oversee migration of configurations between environments
- Monitor SQL performance, including index and query tuning, while maintaining detailed documentation of processes
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent; 5+ years of technical customer support experience
- 3+ years of experience with SQL/Oracle
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud)
- Experience in software development is an advantage
