Support and Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support & Implementation Specialist to join their Internal Cloud team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by partners, providing timely solutions
- Guide partners through the configuration and deployment of ACS products tailored to their needs
- Manage support tickets and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining strong partner relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Thorough knowledge of implementation and cloud tools to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack
- Fluency in English
