Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of related experience in an inbound technical support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and web browsers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse audience
