Support Audio Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Audio Engineer (Remote - CST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with users by video call, chat, and email
• Assist with setting up customers for remote recording and offer live troubleshooting
• Work with other teams to deliver the voice of the customer to the product team

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in audio engineering or related field
• Familiarity with remote recording setups and troubleshooting techniques
