Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Center Agent who will review, triage, escalate, and potentially resolve customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues such as password resets, account creation, and troubleshooting
  • Assist client users in defined processes and maintain professional communication
  • Manage internal and external communications and maintain knowledge of workflows and SOPs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Proven ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Two years of customer support experience (preferred)
