Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Center Agent who will review, triage, escalate, and potentially resolve customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues such as password resets, account creation, and troubleshooting
- Assist client users in defined processes and maintain professional communication
- Manage internal and external communications and maintain knowledge of workflows and SOPs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently and stay organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Two years of customer support experience (preferred)
