Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Center Agent who will handle customer inquiries and support requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues including password resets, account creation, and troubleshooting
- Interact with end-users professionally and empathetically while managing ticket statuses
- Serve as a liaison between customers and development support teams, maintaining workflow knowledge
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently and stay organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Two years of phone and/or web-based support experience in a customer support environment (preferred)
