Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Center Agent who will handle customer inquiries and support requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues including password resets, account creation, and troubleshooting
  • Interact with end-users professionally and empathetically while managing ticket statuses
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and development support teams, maintaining workflow knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Proven ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Two years of phone and/or web-based support experience in a customer support environment (preferred)
