Job Summary

Interacting with clients to resolve inquiries, the full-time Support Center Agent will review, triage, and escalate customer issues while maintaining professional communication through various channels in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues such as password resets and account creation while providing professional assistance
  • Manage incoming tickets and ensure timely responses to customer emails and inquiries
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and development support teams, maintaining knowledge of client-specific workflows
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and critical thinking ability
  • Proven ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Experience with support ticketing systems preferred
