Job Summary

Providing end-user support for the Department of Interior, the full-time Support Center Analyst will manage IT incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution while working remotely, preferably from the Denver, CO area.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing remote computer support and fulfilling IT requests within established SLAs
  • Tracking and resolving IT incidents, collaborating with user and IT support groups to develop strategic solutions
  • Creating and managing user accounts, as well as maintaining operational documentation in the Help Desk system
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to evaluate security product capabilities and develop solutions
  • Capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
