Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Clerk I to manage customer account information and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and update account numbers using the company's intranet site and Excel spreadsheets
  • Prioritize and verify the accuracy of work, returning completed tasks to designated departments
  • Maintain communication with management regarding account changes and coordinate updates to vendor files
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior keyboard experience or specialized training
  • Working knowledge of utility processing procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred
