Support Consultant - Apache Nifi

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Consultant - Apache Nifi (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, and coordinate resolution of DataBridgePro software and data issues
• Log, update, and maintain issue statuses in a web-based incident tracking tool
• Provide training and presentations on applications to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's Degree is a plus
• Minimum two years' experience in a customer-facing service/support role utilizing technical skills
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and custom third-party APIs (e.g., REST, Web Services)
• Experience connecting to Azure Data Lakes or similar cloud storage systems
• Familiarity with software integration and data transformation tools
