Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency within the Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain the Support SOP library in Confluence
- Coordinate training and onboarding processes for new workflows and product updates
- Build and manage dashboards for tracking team performance metrics and support system hygiene
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support or project coordination in a SaaS/startup setting
- Familiarity with Confluence, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and Looker
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
