Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency within the Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve and maintain the Support SOP library in Confluence
  • Coordinate training and onboarding processes for new workflows and product updates
  • Build and manage dashboards for tracking team performance metrics and support system hygiene
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or project coordination in a SaaS/startup setting
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and Looker
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
