Job Summary
Support Coordinator, responsible for assisting care managers with non-clinical activities in a full-time capacity, including managing authorizations, providing telephonic outreach, and handling member communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service regarding authorization updates and care coordination
- Manage requests and communications from members, providers, and care management teams
- Document member information and ensure compliance with internal procedures and HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
