Job Summary

Support Coordinator, responsible for assisting care managers with non-clinical activities in a full-time capacity, including managing authorizations, providing telephonic outreach, and handling member communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service regarding authorization updates and care coordination
  • Manage requests and communications from members, providers, and care management teams
  • Document member information and ensure compliance with internal procedures and HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
