Job Summary

Providing essential support to care and case managers, the full-time Support Coordinator will assist with non-clinical activities such as managing authorizations, conducting telephonic outreach, and handling member communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service regarding authorization updates and care coordination
  • Manage requests from members and providers related to authorizations and notifications
  • Document member information accurately while complying with HIPAA and internal procedures
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
