Job Summary
Providing essential support to care and case managers, the full-time Support Coordinator will assist with non-clinical activities such as managing authorizations, conducting telephonic outreach, and handling member communications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service regarding authorization updates and care coordination
- Manage requests from members and providers related to authorizations and notifications
- Document member information accurately while complying with HIPAA and internal procedures
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
