Job Summary
Supporting care and case managers in a full-time remote capacity, the Support Coordinator will assist with non-clinical activities such as managing authorizations, providing telephonic outreach, and handling member communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to members and providers regarding authorizations and care coordination
- Manage requests and notifications related to authorizations and member needs
- Document member information accurately while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
