Job Summary

Providing essential support to care managers, the full-time Support Coordinator with Spanish Fluency will assist with non-clinical activities such as case creation, managing authorizations, and conducting telephonic outreach to members and providers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service related to authorization updates and care coordination
  • Manage communication with members, providers, and care management teams regarding authorizations and referrals
  • Document member information accurately and ensure compliance with internal procedures and HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fluency in Spanish
