Job Summary
Providing essential support to care managers, the full-time Support Coordinator with Spanish Fluency will assist with non-clinical activities such as case creation, managing authorizations, and conducting telephonic outreach to members and providers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service related to authorization updates and care coordination
- Manage communication with members, providers, and care management teams regarding authorizations and referrals
- Document member information accurately and ensure compliance with internal procedures and HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Fluency in Spanish
